Solo Training:

  • Kiely Tabaldo: $60/hr (Members) | $70/hr (Non-Members)

  • Royal Tabaldo: $55/hr (Members) | $65/hr (Non-Members)

  • Scotty Moore: $50/hr (Members) | $60/hr (Non-Members)

  • Casey Forrest: $50/hr (Members) | $60/hr (Non-Members)

    Bring Your Own Partner – Two Payment Options:

1. Each Wrestler Pays (Both Receive Instruction)
If both wrestlers choose to pay, they will both receive instruction during the session.

  • Kiely Tabaldo: Members $45 each | Non-Members $55 each

  • Royal Tabaldo: Members $40 each | Non-Members $50 each

  • Scotty Moore: Members $35 each | Non-Members $45 each

  • Casey Forrest: Members $35 each | Non-Members $45 each

2. One Wrestler Pays (Partner Acts as a Dummy)
If only one wrestler pays, the other wrestler will serve as a training dummy and will not receive direct coaching or technical instruction. This option allows for a live partner without additional cost.

Royal Tabaldo – Mat IQ and Strategy Coach

College Wrestler | Expert Coach | 13+ Years Experience

Royal focuses on mat IQ, strategic wrestling, and high-level positioning to help athletes control the pace of a match. His methodical approach teaches wrestlers how to dominate instead of just winning. His instruction includes fireman’s carries, sweeps, ankle picks, tilts, and front headlocks.

Kiely Tabaldo – Footwork and Technique Expert

CIF State Champion | Pan American Champion | Fargo Finalist

Kiely specializes in footwork, quick reactions off the whistle, and building a strong mental approach to wrestling. She is known for teaching fireman’s carries, ankle picks, front headlocks, stacks, and precise footwork. She also emphasizes a positive mentality toward competition and mental health.

Scotty Moore – Precision and Technique Specialist

CIF State Champion | Greco Pan American Champion | JUCO State Medalist

Scotty is a detail-oriented coach who ensures every move is executed sharply and efficiently. If a technique is not perfect, he will have you drill it repeatedly until it becomes second nature. He specializes in high crotches, doubles, and lightweight techniques.

Casey Forrest – Technique and Leg Ride Specialist

High School and Club Coach | Expert in Leg Riding and Funk Wrestling

Casey promotes the love of wrestling while teaching effective and creative techniques. He enjoys teaching "funky" moves, leg rides, and control strategies to keep opponents on the mat for six minutes. If you want to become a dominant leg rider, he is the coach for you.
